WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You can view the status of your order in your account in ‘My Order History’, if it has been marked as dispatched you will have received an email including a tracking number.

WILL MY DELIVERY REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Your parcel may require a signature. You can amend your delivery preferences with our courier once they have received your items.

DO YOU DELIVER AT WEEKENDS?
We cannot guarantee any deliveries at weekends; our delivery times are weekdays only.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED FROM YOUR WEBSITE TO A STOCKIST NEAR ME?
No, unfortunately not. These will need to be sent back to us directly.

If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact our customer service team

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURNED ITEM?
Once a return has been received your refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days.
